About The Position

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as an Operations Support Lead at GDIT. You will serve as management and technical lead for contractor personnel and provide senior-level expertise to the Intelligence Lead. The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with intelligence operations
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a team lead or manager
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI clearance with poly
• US citizenship required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, intelligence, International Relations, Political Science, Finance, Economics, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in IC, military, or Government environment in a similar role
• Experience managing 24x7x365 operations
