The Operations Support Coordinator is accountable for meeting and exceeding Company goals as part of the operations leadership team. This role has primary responsibility to drive and support team members at all levels to document, learn, understand, and follow standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement using established improvement processes. This position is critical in supporting the entire operations support team. From production associates through to the engineering team, and the managers of operations support.
