About The Position

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an office setting independently and within a fun and supportive team handling day to day front and back end administrative tasks. Success in this role comes to those with computer and multi-phoneline experience, excellent attendance, attention to detail and organizational skills, and has the ability to prioritize but be flexible with the demands of the day. This is a fully onsite position at our Federal Way, WA office. The essential responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Must present oneself in a professional manner
  • Must be proactive and adhere to all company policies including Bank Secrecy Act and compliance regulations
  • Must maintain confidentiality of all company information
  • Must provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, partners and all levels of staff
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong data entry skills

Responsibilities

  • Handling clerical tasks, such as sorting and routing mail
  • Electronic and timely filing of documents for various departments
  • Finalizing Customer Service files and addendums
  • Creating document packets for various types of contract changes
  • Assigning files and worklists to Titling Specialists
  • Accurately processing payments received to the physical office location
  • Performing various receptionist duties, such as greeting and assisting visitors, answering and routing calls and emails
  • Organizing and maintaining insurance documents
  • Assisting customers by providing copies of requested documents and tax information
