Why you want this job The Operations Support Associate plays a critical role in maintaining efficient, uninterrupted workflow across the warehouse. This position ensures pack stations remain fully stocked, operational areas stay clean and organized, and materials are readily available to support order fulfillment. This is a pilot, seasonal part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a longer-term position based on business needs and performance. The details Start Date: April 27th, 2026 End Date: TBD (flexible, with potential for extension) Shift: Monday: Flexible start (ideal 12pm–8pm), Tuesday–Thursday: 3pm–8pm Preferred Availability: Open to flexibility on Monday start time, with an ideal full shift of 12pm–8pm. Starting Base Pay: $17.00 per hour What you’ll do Remove cardboard and waste to maintain clean and safe workspaces Build and replenish shipping boxes at pack stations Restock packing and shipping materials Keep operational areas clean, organized, and efficient Support pack stations and other warehouse areas as needed Assist with basic projects and general warehouse tasks Help ensure smooth workflow to support daily order fulfillment goals Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 50lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying Why we will love you High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Hustle and tireless work ethic Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time Be innovative, and think on the fly Know how to have fun and work hard!
