About The Position

If so, we want YOU on our Fire & Life Safety team as an Operations Support Associate. As an Operations Support Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our branch operations, supporting customer service, warehouse management, and project coordination. At TRL Systems, we've been keeping people and their property safe for over 42 years. Your role is important and here’s what you can expect as a member of our TRL Team:

Requirements

2+ years in Administrative support in a warehouse setting
2+ years in warehouse operations
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
Ability to make repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, daily.
Ability to walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily.
Move/Transport items weighing 50+ pounds, occasionally.
Stand or Sit for long periods (4+ hours), daily

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through daily communication via phone, email, and company systems
Track and manage tasks, tickets, and deadlines using our CRM
Support internal and external audits with accuracy and professionalism
Prepare and submit fire protection plans to local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
Complete and upload required forms and drawings, monitoring approvals through completion
Schedule and confirm fire inspections with AHJs and customers in coordination with Project Managers
Receive, stock, label, and organize warehouse inventory
Maintain accurate inventory counts, reporting, and reconciliation
Stage materials for field pickup and assist technicians as needed
Process purchase orders, resolve shipment discrepancies, and manage returns (RMA’s)
Ensure all materials moving in and out of the warehouse are accurately recorded
Take on additional duties as assigned to support team success
