We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will provide critical support to agents, property managers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and seamless client experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in real estate, operations, or administrative support is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MLS systems, and CRM software
Responsibilities
- Assist with property listings, client communications, and transaction documentation
- Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to support smooth closings
- Maintain and update records in MLS, CRM, and internal databases
- Prepare reports on property listings, transactions, and operational metrics
- Track deadlines, contracts, and compliance documents for ongoing deals
- Support onboarding of new clients and assist with tenant or buyer inquiries
- Help resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
