In this role, you will: Provide support to internal and external customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support Complete customer requests for equipment and/or entitlement additions to their Merchant Services account through internal partnership with CPST Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the related policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Act as a primary support person for the customer and internal partners supporting customer services Provide information to managers as well as internal customers to resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Merchant Services experience
  • Experience managing a pipeline of work from assignment to completion
  • Experience navigating policies, procedures, and regulation requirements in alignment with role
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Client support with account management experience
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balance multiple competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and project managers
  • Ability to manage to production goals, deadline, and various metrics
  • Knowledge and understanding of back-office support in a financial industry
