Requirements

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for internal and external coordination.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, inventory systems).
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive thinking to address operational issues.
  • At least 5 years related experience.
  • Must be able to live and work on Kwajalein atoll in the Marshall Islands for extended period.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior overseas project experience highly desired.
  • OSHA training.

Responsibilities

  • Managing correspondence, data entry, filing, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Assisting with production planning, logistics, inventory control, and facility management.
  • Handling front-desk duties, coordinating meetings, managing supplies, and acting as a primary contact for stakeholders.
  • Assisting managers in identifying, developing, and implementing, improved workflows and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate operational records, tracking key performance metrics, and assisting with financial record-keeping.
