Essential Duties: Administers and performs manual entry of payroll within the department. Audits time cards on daily and weekly basis to ensure submission to payroll is accurate, free of errors and received timely for processing. Works with department managers to resolve discrepancies. Submits all necessary pay and position changes on weekly basis to ensure requests are processed in timely manner. Reconciles and performs internal weekly audit to ensure all adjustments and corrections are in system prior to processing paychecks. Maintains employee information across all platforms. Ensures all documents are scanned, tagged, and batched for record retention on a weekly basis. Creates and submits all necessary memos within department in a timely manner. Provides management operational information relevant to department on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly operational reports. Researches and conducts internal analysis of department payroll for manager on a weekly basis. Prepares, audits, and submits to department managers reports inclusive of but not limited to: payroll summary, unproductive time reports, pay level changes, discrepancies, total employee units, overtime, hourly pay, rejects, piecework, on a weekly basis. Calculates FSLA overtime for non-exempt employees. Prepares monthly performance bonus report and submits report to human resources for final approval and processing. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one (1) year of experience in an administrative role. Pay Range: $18.00-$23.00/hr
