About The Position

The Operations Support Analyst I plays a crucial role in enhancing system adoption within the Credit Union by coordinating project activities aimed at improving and streamlining business processes. This position involves close collaboration with key stakeholders and a team of analysts to provide feedback on cross-team processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and ensure that procedures are current and effective. Daily responsibilities include system testing, ongoing support, and coordinating system configurations with technology partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year related experience or working on project teams required.
  • 1 year working in a financial institution required.
  • 1+ years experience working with core financial systems (KeyStone preferred) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously to drive initiatives forward required.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate difficult conversations with cross-functional teams required.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with cross-functional teams required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of how financial institutions operate; cross department training is a plus required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial products and services; retail banking required.
  • Strong decision-making skills required.
  • Technical aptitude to assess functionality of systems and procedures required.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work autonomously required.
  • Strong ability to effectively collaborate with others required.
  • Demonstrated ability to pivot and multi-task required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate notary and STAMP programs and databases.
  • Assist in new notary and STAMP appointments and renewals.
  • Communicate changes in notary guidelines from the Secretary of State.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to document business needs of cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze processes considering existing and future strategies, evaluate options, and identify process support recommendations.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships, ensuring clear and timely communication for an excellent experience.
  • Develop and implement an ongoing support plan for systems used within the organization.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for system configuration with technology partners.
  • Conduct functional tests of various systems and applications, troubleshooting to identify enhancements or corrections.
  • Establish and maintain organized tracking of project phases and reporting statuses to key participants.
  • Complete audits and sales reporting as assigned, reporting trends or anomalies to Operations Support or Branch Leadership.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Credit Union's departments and their interactions to understand business needs.
  • Translate business needs into functional and efficient processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
