As an Operations Supervisor at College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services while fostering a positive and productive work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for various essential duties and responsibilities that include human resource management, where you will motivate, train, and coach staff to achieve their goals. You will boost team member awareness of the company mission and vision, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives. Managing meetings, including morning huddles and all-staff meetings, will be a key part of your daily routine, as will utilizing company software for job scheduling and maintenance. You will also be tasked with reviewing and auditing team paperwork, conducting on-site job audits, and managing the company budget. Producing and reviewing operational reports will be crucial for making informed operational decisions. Additionally, you will execute monthly marketing plans and oversee fleet maintenance management, which includes scheduling maintenance and cleaning of vehicles. Planning and executing facility maintenance, both inside and outside, will also fall under your purview. Safety is paramount in this role, and you will be responsible for managing business operations safety and truck safety. Utilizing a systematic hiring and training process will be essential to ensure that our team is well-equipped to meet the demands of our fast-paced and growing industry.
