  • Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
  • Manage resources, costs, and customer satisfaction for effective project completion and delivery.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
  • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or project management.
  • Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team leadership, team building, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in engineering, field, or project management.
  • Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare industries.
  • Previous project supervisory experience.
