About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe and cost-effective use of the facility equipment and labor within control of this position. Ensure all staff are compliance with Inland’s policy of superior service and satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all written company and Government rules and regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2 years experience in a “Lead” role preferred
Effective time management and organizational skills to manipulate multiple projects and conflicting deadlines at once
Verbal and written communication skills
The ability to listen to others and value opinions, interpret information, promote and execute ideas, prepare reports and presentations, lead groups and provide foundation of open communication are required
Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances required by Local and Federal Regulatory Authorities.

Responsibilities

Participate and exchange ideas in meetings and conference calls as required keeping the Operations at your location updated on new developments
Ensure your station is focused on achieving optimal customer service, customer retention and customer relationships to maintain quality of service
Assist the Operations Manager with station audits, provide information needed for reports, and handle all airline and FAA questions/concerns as required
Assist the Base Operations Manager in hiring, scheduling and training; recommended discipline and promotion of employees to new duties and responsibilities
Audit and maintain that all station activities are conducted to guarantee the highest level of employee and equipment safety for protection of assets, sustaining regulatory compliance and support company mission, values and purpose
