About The Position

Operations Supervisor is a hands-on, safety-focused Supervisor to lead our Second Shift Team. This is a great opportunity for a dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and is passionate about logistics, safety, and team development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a distribution environment.
• Proficient in operating equipment
• Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse and food safety standards.
• Promote and model a safety-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed.
• Submit route paperwork to the invoicing team.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
