Requirements

2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementation and managing changing
Listing skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate and motivate others to accomplish goals
Demonstrate success in problem- solving, and decision- making to overcome obstacles to maximize opportunities
Ability to manage fast- pace environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals
Strong organization and muilti- tasking skills, agility, and ability to be cross trained
2 Years Supervisor expereince- Required
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Web- Based, TMS Applications- Required
Supply Chain/ Logistics experience- Required

Nice To Haves

Bi-Lingual- Preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast- pace warehouse team environment
Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or proceeding productivity standards and cost control management.
Ensure exceptional customers service by meeting key performance indicators ( order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned are of responsibility
Achieve performance goals through KPI Monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement
Lean and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment, Meet or exceed corporate safety goals.
Effectively communicate goals, expectation,s area of improvement, and successes to associate
Coach, Train, and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
Conduct annual performance reviews
