Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementation and managing changing
  • Listing skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate and motivate others to accomplish goals
  • Demonstrate success in problem- solving, and decision- making to overcome obstacles to maximize opportunities
  • Ability to manage fast- pace environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals
  • Strong organization and muilti- tasking skills, agility, and ability to be cross trained
  • 2 Years Supervisor expereince- Required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Web- Based, TMS Applications- Required
  • Supply Chain/ Logistics experience- Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-Lingual- Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast- pace warehouse team environment
  • Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or proceeding productivity standards and cost control management.
  • Ensure exceptional customers service by meeting key performance indicators ( order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned are of responsibility
  • Achieve performance goals through KPI Monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement
  • Lean and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment, Meet or exceed corporate safety goals.
  • Effectively communicate goals, expectation,s area of improvement, and successes to associate
  • Coach, Train, and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
  • Conduct annual performance reviews
  • Assist our wide range of clients with the need and demands
