As an Operations Supervisor on our team, you’ll be a driving force behind the energy, culture, and performance of our distribution center. Requirements

  • Typically requires 3+ years of operational experience, including 1–2 years leading people
  • Proven leadership ability—must demonstrate the ability to motivate, direct, and elevate a team with experience in a large distribution or supply chain environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and make smart decisions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Skilled at driving employee engagement and building positive team culture
  • Open to early‑morning hours and flexible schedule adjustments based on business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments
  • Strong interviewing, coaching, and performance‑management skills
  • WMS or ERP experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights
  • Familiarity with FDA/DEA or other regulatory environments a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and directing warehouse activities to deliver smooth, high‑performing operations
  • Lead operational employees with confidence—providing coaching, feedback, and real development
  • Strengthen culture by supporting teamwork, trust, and accountability
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members
  • Tackle challenges using data, curiosity, and root‑cause thinking
  • Uphold all federal, state, local, and company standards
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and labor hours to control costs and optimize efficiency
  • Reduce turnover by creating a supportive, engaging work environment
  • Maintain top‑tier equipment readiness, maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Analyze operational performance and report key metrics
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless daily operations
