Operations Supervisor – Night Shift Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 8pm – 5am About the Role We’re seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and support night‑shift warehouse teams in a fast‑paced distribution environment. As a frontline leader, you will guide daily work activities, coach team members, and help ensure safe, accurate, and timely operations that ultimately support patient care.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 3+ years of operations experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience (supervisor/lead/manager)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team‑development abilities
  • Ability to analyze operational data and use MS Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and make effective decisions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to work Sunday–Thursday nights with overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Experience in interviewing, training, coaching, corrective action, and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate night‑shift warehouse activities to meet daily operational goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop employees to support performance, engagement, and retention
  • Train team members and provide ongoing feedback, documentation, and performance management
  • Address operational issues, identify root causes, and escalate when needed
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Support labor planning, staffing, and overtime management to maintain service levels
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure housekeeping meets company standards
