Serve as the primary floor contact for clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded. Ensure event spaces are safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times. Direct staff in proper use of heavy equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts). Respond quickly to changes, emergencies, or client requests with confidence and professionalism. Maintain the facility’s appearance inside and out, from event rooms to Grove Plaza. Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of event or related operations experience.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to become Forklift Certified (we’ll train you!).
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and occasionally work at heights up to 22 feet.
