The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or operational software systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees
  • Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals
