The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or operational software systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
