About The Position

Armorous is excited to announce a supervisory opening for a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team. We are hiring an Armed-Operations Supervisor.
This role plays a crucial part in upholding the security, professionalism, and client satisfaction we’re known for.

Requirements

• Customer service expertise
• Current & Valid CA BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit
• Up-to-date BSIS Certifications
• + 8-Hour Initial Guard Card Course Certificate
• + 32-Hours of Continuing Education
• Proven leadership skills, with a commitment to leading by example
• Outstanding communication and observation abilities
• Ability to effectively utilize mobile technology on the go
• Clean driving record and valid Drivers License
• Graveyard Experience: Previous experience on overnight shifts is essential.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of two years in a Lead or Supervisor role in Security
