About The Position

Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions: Serve as lead support resource for inventory control, asset reconciliation, decommissioning, and inventory service ticketing system. Provide service, maintenance, and operational support for Campus Technology systems, including Point of Sale (POS), digital signage, and other systems as needed. Perform functionality testing of deployed technologies, identify performance gaps, and provide recommendations in collaboration with the functional manager. Partner with project managers to ensure technology (hardware and software) assets are properly documented, and project timelines remain on track in alignment with Project Management Office expectations. Assist Project Management Office with documentation process as needed, including but not limited to meeting notes, technology request updates, and asset documentation. Collaborate with departmental teams to maintain accurate asset tracking within service and project management platforms. Provide training and guidance to faculty and staff on the proper use of supported technologies as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational issues and recommend effective solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and coach team members effectively.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of logistic management platforms.
  • Basic understanding of Point of Sales Operations.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background investigation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working in inventory control.
  • Demonstrated experience working with point of sales systems
  • Demonstrated experience working within information technology or technology-driven work environments.
  • Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
