Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all inbound and outbound shipments and tracking. The Operations Supervisor communicates shift activity and important information to all employees as well as management in staff meetings. The Operations supervisor is also responsible for managing material handlers, team members, and conduct team building, and process training. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor is accountable for safety and good housekeeping within HJI and client guidelines.
