Facility Contract Services is currently seeking dynamic and goal-driven employees for the City of Pembroke Pines Procurement Department. This exciting opportunity in the City of Pembroke Pines operates 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and subject to operational needs and on-call support) and offers excellent compensation and benefits including health insurance and 401(k) with a Company match. Under general direction of the Fleet & Surplus Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting staff involved in fuel maintenance, generator maintenance, vehicle and heavy equipment repair, and surplus equipment logistics, and ensuring compliance, safety, and operational readiness across all assigned functions. The Operations Supervisor ensures compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations, oversees equipment operations and maintenance, and supports Citywide operational needs related to fuel, fleet, and facilities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and administrative discipline to maintain the City’s operational continuity and regulatory compliance.
