About The Position

The Operations Supervisor manages daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling manpower, assigning drivers and vehicles to convey freight
You will coordinate drivers according to customer requests and determines driver's needs, notifying them of assignments entering them into the database while in compliance with DOT regulations
This role ensures quality standards and productivity standards are achieved in the warehouse, meeting customer schedules and maximizing operational efficiency
Additionally, you’ll coaches and supervises the warehouse team ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
