The Supervisor is to assist the Manager in the overall performance of the warehouse and customer service operations. The Supervisor plans, organizes, help staff, directs, and controls the warehouse and customer service activities. The selection, training, and motivation of the workforce are key responsibilities. The Supervisor is accountable for achieving company objectives in regard to safe workplace, properly trained work force, labor cost efficiency, employee productivity, customer service, efficient storage, accuracy. Schedule : Monday-Friday 4:00pm-12:30am (leadership is expected anywhere between 30-45 mins before the start of their shift and after their shift. Schedule may change downrange based upon the needs of the business) Salary: $59,300 - $69,150 per year This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
