Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers Interprets company policies and collective bargaining agreement Demonstrated commitment and enforcement of safe work practices Maintains time and production reports Coordinates with maintenance and other departments in Raynor Establishes or adjusts work procedure to meet production schedules Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product Suggests changes in work conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, and crew
