About The Position

This is a Full Time position at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24hr with benefits including: Free entry to any Six Flags Park for all employees with each visit Additional complimentary tickets for friends and family The Operations Division is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and experienced individual to join the team as a full time Sr Supervisor. You will oversee the safe and efficient management of aquatic operations and programs, maintenance and upkeep of the waterpark, and supervision of aquatics staff.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
2+ years of Operations/Aquatics supervisory experience or background
High School Diploma or GED is a must
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Possess the ability to handle confidential information without divulging contents to peers and coworkers
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Able to handle confidential information responsibly
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Able to work flexible/rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
E&A International Lifeguard Training Program® certification
ILTP® Instructor (must be obtained if hired)
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent (must be obtained if hired)
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to inspire and motivate team members to work together and exceed expectations
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
