Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Supervise and coordinate all daily activities for assigned production lines or departments. Ensure production targets for output, quality, and efficiency are met or exceeded. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Communicate production goals, priorities, and performance expectations to team members. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve issues and support production flow. Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and labor tracking using ERP/MES systems. Lead daily team meetings and shift handoffs, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization. Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer specifications.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use MS software to complete reports, emails and projects.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
  • Knowledge of the production process, plant and its various functions.
  • Knowledge of production parts required for assembly.
  • Ability to lead people
  • Willingness to complete required classes and other recommended seminars that may be identified through career path process.
