About The Position
McDonald's is the largest quick-service restaurant chain in the world. As a growing McDonald's franchisee, Godlove Family Restaurants relies on our area supervisor/mid-management professionals to ensure our continued success. You will be responsible for multi-unit supervision and accountable for the performance and result of each restaurant assigned to you. Prior multi-unit supervisor experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to motivate, train, and inspire a high performing team to achieve leading results.
