About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at AKA Beverly Hills Hotel is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to valet operations. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or high-end customer service role preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).
• Successfully pass a background and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and assist them in and out of their vehicles.
• Ensure customers receive timely service and address their needs promptly.
• Provide information about hotel services, points of interest, and local attractions.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Maintain full compliance with standard operating procedures, ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys.
• Assist with training and coaching the valet team.
• Ensure daily staffing needs are covered and manage shift schedules.
• Implement a successful staging plan for current traffic conditions to maximize parking capacity.
• Ensure the work area, including parking lot and driveway, is clean and free of debris.
• Perform shift closing paperwork accurately.
• Work closely with the front desk, bell staff, and other departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations and special events.
• Support team members during busy periods and lead by example.
• Enforce all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the Operations Manager immediately.
• Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
