The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team and aligns team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks. This leader manages all billing related queries for the Client Service Teams and partners with internal stakeholders. This leader manages and resolves complex issues that have been escalated and provides advanced knowledge of the billing processes and provides technical assistance on complex problems. This person will function as a centralized point of contact for all billing related queries for the Client Relations Team. Directs, motivates, and develops staff. Communicates feedback and counseling to staff regarding their performance.
