Assumes responsibility for daily operations of the assigned department with the foremost goal of upholding the highest standard of customer satisfaction possible, makes/reviews assignments, assesses care measures and the way they are rendered by staff, ensures implementation of protocols, co-ordination of schedule, works with Physicians, Residents, and Nursing Staff to facilitate optimal functioning of the unit. May assist with data collection and implementation of Customer Service initiatives, QA projects, and other reporting requirements.
