The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of production operations within the food ingredients manufacturing facility. Working closely with the Plant Manager, this role oversees all shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations that meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements. The Operations Supervisor provides leadership, coordination, and direction to production teams, ensuring production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are achieved. This position also plays a key role in process optimization, training and development, continuous improvement, and maintaining a culture of safety and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards.
