About The Position

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
• Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) preferred.
• MS Access proficiency and ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Preferred 2+ years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager with planning, organizing, and directing warehouse activities for successful night shift operations.
• Lead and support workers and Lead persons, maintaining positive morale and work standards.
• Train and manage employee performance effectively.
• Identify and resolve problems at the root level.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local company policies in warehouse operations.
• Control expenses and reduce employee turnover and overtime hours.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles, ensuring housekeeping meets company standards.
• Interview, hire, and develop a cohesive team.
• Provide work direction, resolve problems, and set deadlines for timely completion of tasks.
