Operations Supervisor - Medical Imaging - Mullica Hill
About The Position
Responsible for assisting the site supervisors across the health network in the daily administrative and clinical operations of the imaging departments. The operations supervisor is responsible for optimizing staff productivity and ensuring high quality patient care. This role reports directly to the network director and will work in conjunction with senior leadership to enhance network satisfaction scores, maintain adherences to regulatory requirements and provides hands on assistance to site supervisors for all imaging modalities; troubleshooting staffing / scheduling conflicts, assists in onboarding, training, evaluations and other personnel matters as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Must be a graduate of AMA approved program in one of the Radiologic Technology sciences, Nuclear Medicine program or Sonography program.
- 3-5 years’ experience in an Imaging modality.
- Demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility required.
- At least 2 years direct supervisory experience with employee oversight preferred.
- ARRT or NMTCB certified and is currently licensed by the State of New Jersey.
- Sonographer currently certified by ARDMS. License and certification requirement varies based on modality.
- AHA BLS required.
