As a member of the Dorney Park team, you will oversee essential HR functions, projects, and processes related to onboarding, compliance, and associate relations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the park operates smoothly while adhering to employment laws and providing a positive experience for both guests and associates.

  • Comply with all applicable local, state and federal employment laws.
  • Screen applicants to ensure they meet Dorney Park's hiring criteria.
  • Interview and make job offers to applicants that meet the requirements of the job.
  • Assist newly hired associates through the associate life cycle.
  • Participate in various hiring events including internal and external job fairs.
  • Strong commitment to safety and good judgement.
