Join the team at the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex, an award-winning property featuring Hersheypark amusement park, GIANT Center arena, Hersheypark Stadium, ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park, and Hershey Theatre. As a Hersheypark Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and preparation of various venues for events throughout the Entertainment Complex. This includes maintaining ice surfaces at Hersheypark Arena and GIANT Center, operating ice resurfacing equipment, and ensuring the venues are ready for performances and events. You will also be responsible for performing routine inspections of equipment, maintaining the appearance of public and performer spaces, and preparing spaces for use on performance days. Your duties will also include receiving deliveries, interacting with contractors, providing coverage as a facility representative for social rentals and non-ticketed events, maintaining inventories of department supplies, and assisting with the training and leading of staff. You will be expected to assist in managing skating activities, including public skating and rink rentals, and complete rink daily deposit reports. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the schedule will vary depending on event requirements.
