The position involves coordinating daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly. The individual will be accountable for production, supervision, and discipline of employees, as well as conflict resolution. Monitoring and evaluating employees based on goals and standards is essential, along with enforcing policy and procedure compliance. The role requires coordination with other departments within the company and responding to and solving production problems. Training employees on job-specific duties and developing them through coaching is also a key responsibility. The individual is expected to make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements, effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and employees, and assist the Operations Manager with planning and budget processes. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
