2026 Operations Accelerated Development Program - Bowling Green, KY
About The Position
The Operations Supervisor Accelerated Development Program is designed as a 15–18-month assignment to assist the site Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks and special projects. The program participants manage their own projects to assist the team in achieving goals. The identified candidate will begin July of 2026 and will report to the Bowling Green, Kentucky site for the duration of the training. The Operations Supervisor ADP is “hosted” by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and participants are matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution facilities. After completion of the first 9 months of the program, the employee will gain a minimum of 6 months of experience as an Acting Supervisor within the warehouse or production plant completing 2 months in each shift (3 total).
