About The Position
Nidec Minster Corporation has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Ops Lead, whose primary function will be to maintain a safe work environment, provide supervision, and achieve company goals and objectives. This position will require strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills in supervising a workforce within a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment. Knowledge and experience in heavy fabrication, machining, and/or mechanical/electrical assembly is desired.
