As an Operations Superintendent (equivalent to an Operations Manager), you will oversee large-scale production in our Ready to Eat division. You will lead salaried supervisors and more than 200 hourly team members, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Your leadership will drive performance on the floor, improve yields, reduce waste, and strengthen a culture of accountability.
