Position Overview The Operations Strategy Intern will support our Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) product management team in driving order to cash infrastructure design and delivery, as well as optimization of operational resources for the Sales team. The intern will gain exposure to product strategy, project management, marketing and cross-functional execution of deliverables. This position is Madison, WI.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related fields.
• Interest in product management, project management, marketing, or healthcare innovation.
• Familiarity with data analysis and market research.
• Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements form internal and external stakeholders for order to cash infrastructure enhancements.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking of service and support.
• Identify and quantify pain points through stakeholder interviews.
• Recommend enhancements to improve patient and provider experience, increase efficiencies, and create competitive differentiation.
• Contribute to the final intern project focused on implementing critical optimizations and enhancements to our services stack and order to cash process and workflows.
• Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
• Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
• Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
