The position involves participating in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events. Duties include setting up and tearing down flooring, portable chair placements, operable walls, barricades, staging tables, and other furnishings and equipment. The role also requires performing various duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are met, such as loading/unloading trucks, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas, and replenishing supplies. Additionally, the employee will assist with pre/post event cleaning and janitorial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing, stripping, carpet cleaning, window washing, and waxing. Reporting irregularities, discrepancies, damage, loss of property, and safety concerns promptly to a supervisor is also a key responsibility. The position may require working extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
