THE JOB US Concerts is seeking an Operations Event Staff member. This person will focus on the operational set up, tear down of events as well as general building operations.
Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to effectively perform in crises and work under pressure without the loss of composure.
- Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information.
- Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intensely aggravated circumstances.
- Ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs., reach, pull, push, grasp and drag.
Responsibilities
- Works directly with the Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor to perform day of show duties
- Follow up with Ops Manager and Supervisor Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
- Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
- Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures
- Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office
- Ensure proper line of sight maintenance by all staff at all points of guest contact
- Work with the M.O.D. to resolve any and all guest issues
- Required to work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue
