Overview Operations Staff Members will perform a multitude of tasks to setup, run, and breakdown of all events hosted at Ryan Center. This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $20. Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

Requirements

Perform general labor as assigned.
Must be 18 years old.
Ability to work days, overnights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, high- pressure environment
General conversion knowledge and experience of using cleaning products and equipment a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
Ability to climb stairs and lift 40 lbs. unaided

Responsibilities

Perform general labor, repairs and maintenance on various aspects of the arena as assigned.
Primary duties include building conversions for various events.
Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, basketball court, etc.
Actively care for all arena equipment and property by storing equipment. properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property.
Maintain organized storage areas.
Perform Snow removal tasks such as s hovel sidewalks, parking areas, entrance ways, loading dock.
Perform other duties as assigned.
