Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer, or trade ally communication and contact. For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation. Manage and process incoming customer applications from initial intake through final completion, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program requirements. Navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant program delivery. Review and interpret existing data reports and derive actionable insights and process improvements to operations leadership, as appropriate. Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation.
