About The Position

Operations Specialist The Opportunity: To grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, our customers need a professional who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies. That’s why we need you, a management professional who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a management analyst on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your customer’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. On our team, you’ll interact daily with a wide variety of with Government leaders, program stakeholders, and the support staff to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work to help identify and implement processes that will help the customer achieve their program's mission. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional environment
  • Experience with military staff processes, task management systems, and suspense tracking
  • Experience assisting in the development of decision-support products, including briefings, dashboards, reports, and courses of action (COAs), utilizing tools such as MS SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Experience coordinating across multiple organizations or stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise products with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced or ambiguous environment while prioritizing competing requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or Engineering

  • Experience in a U.S. Army headquarters, staff, policy, or operations environment
  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
