The Operations Specialist is a highly field-focused role designed to improve store performance through targeted training, operational support, and execution follow-through. There will be one Operations Specialist per state, making this a visible and high-impact leadership role. This is not a desk-based position. The Operations Specialist works inside stores, partnering closely with Regional Managers and Store Leadership to identify operational gaps, reinforce training, and ensure consistent execution. The Operations Specialist improves store performance by delivering hands-on training, identifying bottlenecks, reinforcing operational standards, and ensuring follow-through on corrective actions. This role is solution-oriented, highly accountable, and comfortable stepping into active retail environments to provide immediate guidance and structure.
