About The Position
The Operations Specialist provides operational support regarding all aspects of the Customer Relations & Operations Department including the research, resolution, and completion of various administrative and transactional functions in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of bank products and services to include loan and deposit accounts and ancillary services. The qualified candidate will have knowledge of retail banking products and services, proven ability in problem solving and the ability to create and sustain strong relationships with customers and coworkers. This is primarily an on-site position reporting to our corporate office in Solvay, NY.
