About The Position
The Fray Operations Specialist role is an hourly role that will primarily assist the sports team by working nights and weekends. They will also help manage league equipment & facility needs. In conjunction with the Senior Operations Manager, assist with training field crew staff, conducting staff evaluations of part-time staff, and setting up our sports leagues. You will play a critical role in defining how Fray attracts, retains, and helps create memorable player experiences.
